Amazing cinnamon sticks! I roasted them and then used a mill to make cinnamon powder. In baking it had a very floral and fresh scent! As far as taste, it was more "spice-full" than store-bought cinnamon powder. Was extremely fresh! Love that this is a healthy alternative to standard cinnamon.

Customers should be aware that Ceylon Cinnamon has numerous health benefits. Such as heart health, by providing a high amount of antioxidant to our body when we consume it. However, being organically planted adds even added benefits. This is a product I will strongly encourage everyone to consume regularly. Whether in the stick or powder form. I am not a paid customer of this company, but since that this product is excellently made, I will include a picture of the packaging. We made Oro con Leche with the cinnamon sticks. They were the best tasting ones I’ve ever had only had to use three to make a whole pot of rice pudding.

You cannot go wrong with healthy. and healthy is Ceylon. even though there are a few sticks they can last a long time. you can break one stick in 3 or 4.

These sticks are stale with no smell or taste.They must be old.

These cinnamon sticks are ok but not as good as I expected. they are more like shavings and there is not a strong cinnamon flavor. But they will do ok for my tea.

I was impressed with the quality of freshness of this product. Very fragrant when the bag was opened, and I use these cinnamon sticks in my cooking, as well as in my cast iron wood stove diffuser.
