Kevin Kline is amazing in this fish out of water - romantic comedy with a flare of politics! Super fun time.

my partner had never seen Dave. I was so happy to see that it holds up very well. In fact it has a timeless quality and seems relevant today. Also very funny. So nice to see Kevin Kline

Diesen Film lieben meine Frau und ich. Ein einfacher Mann, der sich für seine Mitmenschen einsetzt, sieht zufälligerweise wie der Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten aus.Wegen eines Schlaganfalls wird er als Double ins weiße Haus geholt und macht die Arbeit des Präsidenten besser, als er sollte. Die Ehefrau des Präsidenten hat zuerst keine Ahnung, dass es sich um einen Doppelgänger habdelt. Allerdings fallen ihr Veränderungen im Verhalten des Doubles auf und sie verliebt sich in ihn.Nachdem der Zustand des Präsidenten sich nicht verbessert, wollen die Berater den Ersatzmann des Präsidenten wieder loswerden. Aber....Schaut euch den Film einfach mal an. Es ist eine Spiegelung der heutigen Verhaltensweisen vieler Politiker und ihre verkommene Moraleinstellungen.Ein schöner Film, der auch als Liebesfilm stellenweise bezeichnet werden kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
