I’ve tried quite a few brands and this one is my favourite! I have a cup of matcha every morning and Aiya’s is smooth and mild and doesn’t clump up when hot water is added to it. Tastes great! My recent order arrived with one of the cans missing its lid (would have returned it if I didn’t have older containers whose lids I could use), but that must have been by accident as I’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before without issue.

It’s the best matcha I bought from Amazon. Compare to the one I bought straight from Japan which is the highest top grade ceremonial tea, this one is the second grade. It has some sweet taste, no bitterness. The colour is crisp green. This is a definite worth buy again and again. I gave 4 stars just because the expiration is not even a month after I got it.
