This is exactly what it states. It's a little lawn mower that blows bubbles. My Grandchildren love to push it around and then chase the bubbles. It is made of thin material but good item for the price.

Perfect Gift for a 2-Year-Old – So Much Fun!
I got this for my niece’s 2nd birthday and it was the perfect gift! She absolutely loves pretending to mow the lawn, and the bubbles make it even more exciting for her. Watching her laugh and light up with joy made it all worth it. It keeps her busy and entertained for a long time, which also gives my brother a little “me time” while she plays. Cute way to play bubbles
My little one loved this bubble machine! It’s a little flimsy, but not surprised. It works well blowing the bubbles but any bumps or tipping (even just the slightest tip) will spill the bubbles. Be prepared to waste a lot of bubbles if you have a toddler. It wasn’t too noisy.

Could be better material.
For this being $25 a little disappointed when you can get one at Walmart for $15 that is better material. The plastic just seems cheap, when you push it the front part instantly lifts like there’s no weight whatsoever. Other than that, the bubbles come out good.

The god kids loved it and it's a perfect height for little babies just the plastic wheels sometimes gets stuck to the carpet
