When things breakdown it really affects your life...like what happened when our oven stopped working. All of a sudden my brain wanted meals that required the oven..like a roast beef or lamb chops! ( I was pregnant so this may have influenced my mind) The oven was only one year old and the warranty was giving us issues. When I almost became tearful my husband took matters into his on hands. He found this element and fitted it and I couldn't believe it...just like that heat was coming from the oven again!!! The item was easy to fit and worked a dream. He got the element number from the old element and so it was very easy to type that in and find the replacement. We would have resulted in a new cooker as I'm sure many have. Excellent delivery on time and no issues with installing......I had roast beef that night : )

Had no bottom fan oven for almost 3 months due to not heating up, I looked up on YouTube on how to fix the oven before Christmas day arrives and it looked simple enough so I ordered the heating element to see if that was the problem and it was, it took 10mins to install and we now have a heated oven that we can use. Great value for money

Bitterly disappointed with this item. 3rd time purchased - they last between a few days to a few months. Most recent is outside of 30 Days Return despite installing it and going on Holiday for 3 weeks so it wasn't even in use.Happy for the Seller to contact me to discuss but honestly if I could give 0 Stars for Value I would. No problem installing, all very simple to do but the actual quality of a product you would expect to last for at least a couple of years, not days or months is appalling. Avoid at all cost until a more reliant product is sourced by the Seller.

The fan oven wasn't getting hot. I removed the heating element and tested it with a multimeter. Found this to be at fault. Ordered a new on for next day and fitted it easily. No need for a repair man.
