I love how easy it is to use this trimmer. The battery lasts quite a while and the trimmer does a great job. I was so glad I had chosen this one to get for trimming alongside our yard. Between our yard and the forest, it cuts a lot of small branches and vines right down.

This isn't a perfect device. The device could be a few inches longer. The result is that I have to bend over a bit to reach the base of the brush I'm trying to cut. If you have a lot of brush to cut, and I do, it gets hard on your back. This device is also basically a weed wacker with a blade attachment. But for the price, it's a good product. The blade takes a few seconds to really get going, which can be a pain if you let go of the button or the blade slows down on a thick branch. On thick branches it can sometimes get stuck and you have to pull it partway through, or the blade will just stop. For those, I have to jab the blade in and away, over and over, until the branch is cut completely through. There's an aspect of having to fight with the device to cut through things, which should be expected. It IS running a high speed blade and when that blade meets a branch and abruptly slows down, you're going to feel that as a push against your arms. That will always exist in a product you have to carry.If anything, I would extend the length of the device, give it a more powerful motor and battery, add wheels so it rests on the ground, and it would be able to cut the base of brush without the user having to carry it, bend over, or fight the physics. Keep the lighter one for trimming overhead branches.I've only had this for a few weeks so I don't know how the battery life is yet but I've used it for at least an hour so far on one charge. I've charged it twice but the last charge was 2 uses ago.

I dont know how this got as many stars at is did. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS PRODUCT!!!! DO NOT BUY!! First - the video is highly inaccurate. The battery was fully charged and you can't cut through live branches the same diameter as the video shows. The saw stops and gets stuck.Second - The metal safety guard broke right off cutting through small vinesThird and MOST IMPORTANTLY - while in use the nut fell off and the blade shot off of the device!!!Basically this thing ended up in pieces with a missing nut after 20 mins of use on what it was intended for. I read the instructions and made sure it was assembled tight and correctly prior to use. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY IM JUST GLAD I DIDNT END UP WITH A BLAD IN MY LEG.

The saw blade comes off during cutting the brush. Screw loosens and the saw blade goes flying. Followed the instructions to a tee twice and tightened the screw to the point of over tightening and it happened again. Useless for that purpose and dangerous. I purchased this brush cutter for THAT particular purpose since I already have a weed eater. I was lucky.

Worked great until the blade flew off. I did about half my land which is 60x60x60 triangle lot made it about half way of clearing weeds and I lifted it up after cutting a weed and watch the blade go flying across my yard. Luckily my kids weren’t playing outside or anything. Never had an issue like this with a tool before. Even had my husband tighten it to make sure it was on good. Not sure if it’s just the one I got or not but that’s dangerous I’ll be going back to the more expensive brands that stay together after setting up.

Great tool Ladies, you can take care of the little issues in your yard easily!! The flexibility of blades to change out are convenient and easy to change. Not a tool for people under 18, adult supervision is required. Eye safety glasses are required.

Without hesitation I can recommend this product for clearing trails of small trees and thick brush. It worked WAY beyond my expectation at what I think is a very affordable price. I've been clearing and maintaining 12 wooded acres for years and wish I had this from day one. So much faster and easier than heavy equipment.

Terrible product., Battery only lasted one season.TRIED CONTACTING THE SELLER WHONEVER ANSWERED MY REQUEST FOR ANOTHER BATTERY WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY.GARBAGE PRODUCT, GARBAGE COMPANY.
