No assembly required. The only thing you need to do is put the straps on. It gives a great workout. I can now do pushups! It is definitely worth the small investment. Very sturdy. My abs are loving it!

This fitness equipment is good but right arm pedal make squeezing sound, I put oil or WD 40 still won’t go.
