It helps with my appetite. People who are testing the pill in water is not giving an accurate test, so don’t listen to that. A cup of water isn’t the same as our stomach. Our stomach is warm and very acidic, if our stomach was the same as water than we wouldn’t be able to digest anything. trying to “debunk” the pill by watching it sit in a glass of water is like judging a cake by eating raw flour. Not the same environment, not the same process.

B, I read that is also quite dangerous if the product gets stuck somewhere along your digestive track or esophagus because it will expand and you can choke. I believe the product tells you to take way too much three pills will make you not have an appetite and probably cause you to cramp. I read an article that tells you to take 1000 mg this product tells you to take three pills which is 1800 mg! I would start with one to see how it makes you feel and maybe bump it up to two but do not do three! my appetite has definitely been suppressed we will see if there’s aids in weight loss I will update my review in a month. Also please note starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight it is not healthy and you will end up getting all the way back. Eat a healthy diet all the veggies and protein along with this if you believe you ate too much food and it’s causing you harm. Be responsible, and remember you are beautiful just the way you are!

I was “influenced” by an influencer to get this. I was very skeptical. I would take it maybe two to three times a week and I would get upset when I didn’t see results. It wasn’t until I was consistent with taking it that I finally saw results. This is not a fix all. I still needed to be mindful with what I ate. I still had junk food sometimes but not as often. I didn’t really crave it as much. Overall I would definitely recommend.

So I took one (1) with a lot of water before my meal and it did nothing, like nothing at all, if I could eat a horse and a cow, I would because I was still hungry. When I took the recommend amount for a day, which is three (3)before a meal, it worked, but I exceeded my daily allowance for the day at that moment. It only worked for me when I took all the three (3) that your allowed to take for the day in one sitting, after that you shouldn’t exceed the recommended amount which is why I give it 3 stars.

I purchased a number of Nutricost brands, and thought I'd try this one since the price seemed slightly more economical. Shame on me for not noticing at the time of purchase that this product (and 2 other Nutricost items I ordered) has RICE FLOUR. Rice flour is a CHEAP FILLER that is used in some supplements and the biggest thing I avoid like the plaque. Rice has high levels of arsenic in it, and can be unhealthy to consume (especially when the rice is not cooked, but simply ground into a powder from it's raw state). This is the 3rd time I purchased a Nutricost product without being aware that this cheap filler RICE FLOUR was used in it. SHAME ON NUTRICOST (and SHAME ON ME, TOO for assuming this product is unsafe my consumption). I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE WASTED HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE ANOTHER NUTRICOST ITEM AGAIN. When something is priced lower, it can be very helpful to take the time to see if cheap ingredients are used.

Great source of fiber especially when on a GLP-1. Doesn't make me bloated. I highly recommend.

Yaw listen.. I have been on these for about 2 weeks. I am a FOODIE! I don't just eat because I'm hungry, I EAT BECAUSE I LIKE IT.. so far.. this is working and working well! I have no desire to eat. I'm calm, I'm satisfied, I feel balanced. I have struggled allll my life with weight. So I know of where I speak..I've tried everything..even weight loss surgery. These do not give any weird-o side effects at all! Wish I had found these sooner! I don't weigh myself often, but definitely telling CHANGES in my girth! Wow!!!!!
