This product is a great supplemental for female hormonal support

Haven't really been using it long enough to tell of its done anything. I had to stop because of a stomach thing. I don't think it was the supplement as I do get flare ups of ibs from time to time, and this hit me after I had been taking it for a few weeks, so unlikely it's related, and I honestly think I had a 48 hour stomach bug that's got my good gut flora out of whack so I haven't resumed taking this just yet. I trust gaia products as I've had results with other supplements from them. Just can't give an honest review at this time.

Don’t get me wrong, I do believe cordyceps work. It was my first time, so it was hard to compare it to something and like everything it builds overtime. I do believe I’ll give it another shot, just not sure how big of a change was…

I’ve been taking these for about two months now and wanted to make sure i came back to review because they have honestly helped me SO much. emotionally, cognitively, energetically... just so many little ways. for reference I have ADHD, PTSD, and OCD. Gaia’s* cordyceps help relax me but at the same time they energize and motivate me. the release is smooth and long lasting. they don’t have a weird taste, no taste at all. they do t upset my stomach and they regulate my metabolism. I don’t get hangry in the middle of the day, which honestly makes me more productive and obviously in a better mood.*I say Gaia specifically because I tried another brand last year, and they literally did nothing for me. I trust the consistency and efficacy of this brand.

I don't leave review until I have given a product a few weeks to work and for my body to adjust. I was sceptical at first but was willing to try the Cordyceps for extra energy.This mushroom is the best I've tried and I will continue to use it.

Update: Very nice of them to reach out to me re: this review. Great customer service. Again, my system is very sensitive at the moment. Autoimmune issues cause things that used to be great for me… like herbs, immune stimulants and, yes, mushrooms… to be tricky for me now.I would not discourage anyone from trying something like cordyceps, providing you're ordering from a top-quality brand like Gaia. (I've used many of their other products for years.) But I always appreciate when other people share their unexpected reactions. (Mine below.) A few times it's even helped me to figure out what was causing mine._______I have an autoimmune condition and this was recommended by Dr. Isabella Wentz for immune modulation, lowering inflammation, etc. Within an hour of taking it I had a very strong "No thank you ever again" reaction from my body. Intense salivation, like I've never experienced, followed by vomiting.I love and stand by this brand. This just wasn't right for me and I'm giving a heads-up to any others in the same situation.

Allergic reaction! So anxious to try this product and it arrived promptly. After taking a couple of days I noticed a slight itching sensation. Each day it has continued until it is incessant itching! I would like to return product or get a refund however it is nonrefundable.
