Yes - in the original panic, perfectly packaged and including Nambe product insert.

Is there any type of rubber grip on the bottom or any type of protection for glass tables?

No rubber or protection on the bottom, but I have used these coasters on glass-topped tables for 3 or 4 years now with no problem. I have 2 sets and have given 4 or 5 sets as gifts. They are wonderful.
