Terrible product
Please go for another brand. i got 2 of these and to my Suprise both have got spoilt in less than 2 months of purchase. one just would not turn on the other one is heating up so much its cause electrical issues. Save money and time move to another brand

The hose disconnected from the steaming head
It does the job, but the hose from the steaming head got disconnected after usage of like two weeks without alot of hand pressure on it.
