Just a touch
Delivery was a bit of a challenge but I discovered that a lot of the problems were not the shipper but with the package distribution staff within my City Hall where my deliveries go. Great product and besides removing gray it also makes my beard appear fuller. I intentionally leave a portion of my beard gray.With patience I recommend this seller and the value of the offer.

Disappointing
Wow, Disappointing! I have gone through months of this beard dye. Once a week and through several tubes. It does NOT last much beyond 4 or 5 days for me. And I don't really use any shampoo or conditioner on my face. Just shower once a day.

My own experience not favorable
Did not have a good customer experience using item filtering of sellers products, and the ability of a simple exchange does not exit. Return and restocking fees for this Prime product/seller.

Work's for me
I've been using this product for about two years now. I've had times when it works great and then sometimes it has a brain fart. I always leave it in for ten minutes. I also use color safe shampoo and conditioner.
