For the price, I think that it serves its purpose just fine. You don't need a whole lot from a stamping block. Yes, as previously stated, peeling off the paper is a pain. I just put in some headphones and got it over with right away. I did have to use my fingernail, but it came off easy enough. I only gave it four stars because two of the blocks were slightly chipped at the edges, and the edges feel a little sharp. I have not tried using the stamps yet, but they look nice and grip the blocks well.

They are clear, acrylic blocks.Great deal, but you have to be ready for 2 things.1. Accepting some rough edges. For regular use, that doesn’t bother me at all, but if you mind those rough edges you can easily sand them off.2. The grid is useful, but you have to peel the brown protective papers off from both sides, for all 5 blocks. And you need to do some work for the grid side - you have to peel of the brown paper from each small squares. It’ll take about 15-20 minutes. About 100+ squares. Also, it’ll damage your finger nails, so if you have beautiful nail job done, then you should ask someone else to peel them off.That’s all!If you don’t mind these 2 things, this set works fine and the price is great!I don’t have any problems about the clear acrylic blocks or the clear stamps themselves. They just need some prep work done!!

This was a great buy and I like the acrylic stamp blocks and the stamps that came with it. The only problem was peeling the protective paper off... one tiny square at a time! Apparently they put the paper backing on before scoring the grid lines. Therefore the paper was also scored into small squares. And Only one square will peel up at a time! You must have patience for this. Put on some music and take a deep breath. I needed a knife to get the edges to life. Once you get a few peeled off, the others go more quickly. I did take a long time to do all 5 blocks though.

These are a perfect size for day planners (or bullet journaling) and I'll be using them on book pages to then rip around and use for embellishments in my junk journal. Stamping is beautiful.

I am always that person who has to make a last minute stop to grab a card so this is nice and convenient to have a variety at home ready to go. The cards are thick and cute but you get what you pay for. They are also overtly simple and makes them look a little cheap looking in my opinion. BUT that is okay because my family friends hardly ever read them.
