Works, but seller sent older version without tabs.

These are great for the new cabinets to hold the screwdrivers.

Design of the mounting plate requires you to screw in a tiny self-tapping screw to lock in place. Firstly, the pre-drilled hole is way too small making it impossible to get the screw into place, secondly, if you did manage to get the screw to thread in (good luck) the sharp tip will make an unsightly mark on your pegboard - if you want to change the hooks position - well you know what I mean... The hooks are fairly inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
