Could not get this printer to connect to the internet.
My husband, an IT professional couldn’t get this printer to connect to the internet. We called tech support, looked it up on line, read the included directions. Nothing worked. Returned it to Amazon.

Received exactly what was ordered. Was compatible to my Chromebook. Order was shipped and received ahead of estimated delivery date. Very pleased.

Does not scan at 600 or 1200 dpi
I am utterly disappointed- it only scans at 300dpi. The reason I bought it is because I need high res scanning. Annoyed!! Do I want to contact technical support for a BRAND NEW machine. No way.

Getting it to print is still a challenge
Printing attachments can be a problem. Sometimes it goes and sometimes it doesn't I'm sure I am not doing something right but it remains a mystery.
