Does this contain 20% vitamin c?

It does say ultra-potent form of vitamin C. However I do not know about the percentage of vitamin C.

I have just received the product and use it exclusively on my face and neck. It’s not a large bottle, so I suspect another product from Tru Alchemy might work better for your arms. However, I am quite pleased with this product for my face.
