They gave me a prompt response and after verifying my Amazon order # they have shipped me a replacement. These guys are great and they treated me right!

I am really happy I found this iPad cover. Now I can rest assured that it is well protected. I use the stand function while following recipes, and I feel so confident that it's going to hold my iPad very securely while doing so. I bought this as a warehouse deal, and so happy I did, as I saved some $$, and once I used it, there was no difference in the cosmetics.

I only just got this and the quantity looks great, but only time will tell. The picture shows a black case with a gold stitching but mine had red stitching, I really like the black and red theme so no complaint from me I’m keeping it!!
