For me ive been smoking and drinking mugwort in a tea to try and create very vivid dreams. My experience has been good but questionable over the week of taking mugwort right before bed my dreams have become so vivid i do not know whether what i did in the dream happened in real life or the dream itself it’s not like im having a sick dream about some special forces mission or skydiving or sumin like that. It is more like every day thing in one instance I dreamt that i had a massive poo and when woke i was very confused as i felt in need for another one. It took 2 hours to come to the conclusion that this poo had only been in a dream it was very confusing but I would definitely recommend for dream work and it is quite enjoyable.

Alright-tasting tea but haven't noticed significant health benefits.

Us acupuncturists know about Moxa, however, I have never made tea with it.If you are in need of a good sleep, this works wonders. Medically it has a few other uses as well. Now go and do your research.
