This is great for running! I wanted a water bottle that was lightweight, easy to hold, easy to drink from, and wasn’t bulky and this is exactly that! The water bottle is a strong flexible silicone like material that you can bend and squish down as you drink so you aren’t left holding a large empty bottle. The strap is large and has a slider on it to adjust to your perfect fit. The nozzle/straw on it is easy to drink from, and has a lock (I haven’t experienced any leaks). The only thing I would warn you about is to wash it a few times before use. There was a chemical smell to it that took a few washes to get rid of. Other than that it’s the perfect product!

This was a chance buy for me. Luckily, it worked out well. I have gone running with this, and it's great for getting a quick sip here and there on a longer run. When you first get it, it's going to need a good rinse and a week to outgas, as there's a definite smell from the plastic, but this passed after a week or so. It wasn't the cheapest option, but it is definitely the most comfortable option for water on the go that I've tried.

The bite valve can be a bit annoying as it shoots air into your mouth, when you're down to the last bit of water..which can suck on long runs. Also the handle becomes loose as well when the after the water runs low, making so you have to grip the bottle pretty good which kind of defeats the purpose of the hand strap. It is overall better than carrying a water bottle without a handle, but it can use some improvements.

I love this product for running. I like to carry a water bottle on longer runs and I don't like to "wear" it. I prefer to carry it in my hand. The strap is handy. It is easy to drink out of. Easy to clean in the dishwasher on the top rack.

I use this for any and all sports or activities and the price is very fair for the product.Well recommended
