Q: Could I use this to cut a pumpkin pie?

Maybe pumpkin bars, it does not work well with anything sticky. I have made snickerdoodles and many other cookies but I usually roll them in sugar before pressing. It works well cutting shapes from cake or bars that are baked.

Q: How do I remove the pattern and change to another pattern?

It comes with multiple disc. One side stays the same. The other side allows you to pop in different patterns.

Q: Are the molds dishwasher safe ?

I am not sure but it is really easy to clean.
