How long will the liquid stay good for in the fridge after it's opened?

Mine stays good for 2 to 3 weeks.

Sweet but not to sweet. Tangy too. Delicious! No need to dilute. Great anti-inflammatory.

Can i use this concentrate to make açaí juice? And if so how much would it make?

Here is the suggested use: Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 2 to 3 times daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice.
