My previous case battery was getting incredibly hot and no longer charging my phone, so I purchased this product a few days ago …My experience went like this:Out of the well packaged shipping, this case showed 75% charge - so I first put it on a charger till it showed 4 solid lights on the case.I left the case by itself overnight to see if it would register 4 solid lights 8 hours later … it did.I installed my iPhone 12 into the fully charged case and proceeded to drain my iPhone battery by running YouTube videos non-stop.While my iPhone 12 battery went down to 1% I ignored all warnings by the iPhone to Turn on Low Power Mode …I activated this battery case by holding the button for 3-seconds (as per instructions). Was thankful to hear the standard sound when the phone’s charging feature is activated. This event started at 9:17am this morning.I proceeded to watch YouTube videos for the entire timeframe that the battery case was recharging my iPhone 12. Note, Low Power mode remained OFF for this entire test. When the battery case had only a single flashing light of charge remaining - I thought for sure it would fail to achieve 100% recharge of my iPhone - since only 80% charge was showing on the display. Remember, I’m watching videos this whole time from 1% battery life.To my amazement and surprise, at 12:27pm my iPhone 12 registered 100% battery charge and the battery case was still flashing a single light bulb status (1out of 4 status lights).I’m now recharging the case (12:28pm) to see how fast/slow it takes for it to be back in service at 100% … I’m expecting it to be between 3-4 hours.I’m also in the process of Draining my phone back down again to 1% - this time however, I’m intentionally turning on LOW POWER MODE right from the start while the phone is reporting 100% charge. When I get back to 1% - I intend to do the next recharge with the phone in Low Power Mode … for no particular reason other than I’d like to know EXACTLY what timeframe this new battery really affords me in backup power …Not sure how long the battery will last in terms of months & years … but it’s off to a GREAT START … and since I was holding the phone while watching all these videos, it’s worth noting that the battery case NEVER got hot to hold, only comfortably warm!

I have been trying to use wireless charging but it did not work. I can try a few more times to see if it has what it claims to have, wireless charging. Now I figured it out. It has to be used with MagSafe charging.

Very good charging case. You can charge the case and phone togethor no problem. Gives a lot of charge to iPhone. Highly recommend.

Stops charging after 5 months and of course the Return window closed before than. Not worth the money and poor quality. This was a replacement for a previous purchase
