Great product. Give me a boost of energy

These have been life changing for me. My running coach recommended them to me so I tried them. I feel like I recover faster with less dizziness on these super hot days that I insist on going out and working in.

What I Like: I've tried two flavors now and they are palatable and convenient. I appreciate the variety pack, which allows me to try them out without committing to a huge shipment of something I might not like. They seem to work well enough when I have spent time outside in the Florida heat and humidity.What I'd Change: The colors are unnecessary. While an argument could be made for flavorings to make on-the-go hydration more palatable, it can exacerbate autoimmune issues in people like me. I'd prefer to leave the colors out.

I have found and my backpacking buddies agree that these are "bite them for a burst of energy and flavor" treats. No fiddling with powders and flavor left in your water bottle, these are easy to carry and have at hand, and pop into your mouth to chew while walking along. We definitely feel refreshed and energized for the miles ahead. Reminiscent of Sweet Tarts, the Mixed Berry and Lemon Lime have good, refreshing flavor, and we believe real impact, allowing us to continue on.

Definitely a must have if you have POTS like me. It dissolves easy, great for hydration/salt intake and very effective
