Waited much longer than usual for this Amazon shipment. When the two odd, very small, tight, balled up and taped - no boxes- things arrived I couldn't believe my eyes because no way could two bench pads be enclosed. I was in a rush to leave, cut the tape off one package, heartsick that I had been taken, scammed, because the wrinkled, flat, odd-looking thing which was not even a pad and the seams were twisted, crooked was unrecognizable. I tossed it on the floor and left home, stewing the entire time about the inconvenience of returning the two ugly packages. I regretted not buying the nice ones at Ollie's Bargain Outlet for far less money for there was no way I'd ever use these! I returned to find that the mess had morphed into a bench pad, apparently memory foam, no longer flat but two inches as advertised and now the wrinkles are gone and they're comfortable. Only four stars because a white zipper wraps around the end and it shows. The zipper should have been dark grey or black like the cover. But they're comfortable and fit the swing and glider beautifully. White zipper though, not good.

Nice product! When you unpack, because it is folded and somewhat vacuumed sealed there is compression and wrinkling; however, you can do a couple of things for foam padding. You can: leave it out for a few days to decompress, use a hand held steamer to bring back the fullness/take out wrinkles, or (and this is what I did) if you have a newer washer/HE type with a deep steam setting, use that, take it out and finish drying in dryer (low dry, permanent press care type cycle). It plumps up and takes out majority of wrinkles. See photos. The cover is nice because of the zipper feature, the tie-down straps, and it held up nicely in washer and dryer cycles. I’m using it on a garden bench outside. I chose the gray color because I plan on dyeing the cover a teal color to go with existing cushions and I plan to treat with scotch guard also, even though I have storage for when it rains. Overall, a good choice for what I need it to do.

Like other buyers said once you receive the cushion it does take a few days for the foam to expand to its normal size. The seller took a really long time to ship my product and provided a rude response when I asked for accurate tracking information. The tracking number appeared fake and didn't work. I did eventually receive it and it is a good product especially for the price. As long as you don't need it right away I would recommend.

Nice because it is not too thick and hard to store vs all the big ones, yet very comfortable. Dark gray is a nice color and texture of material. Did take weeks to get into shape and flatten the cushion and get rid of the wrinkles. Need to set out for a few days to plump up snd then use it to get it in shape.

Like others mentioned I revived a cushion with a hump in the middle that indicates to me that they shipped me a chair cushion and not a bench cushion. I left it out for over 24 hours and the foam did not expand. Luckily this is going to be used for my dog in the backseat floor and not in public display. Disappointed, but not worth returning.

Our cushion arrived early and fits our bench perfectly. That was most important because the dimensions of the bench are different from most. Unfortunately,the cushion is not very"cushy" and I don't know if it is water resistant, since we bring it in when it looks like rain; however, for the price it looks nice and we are not sitting on wooden slats!

The way the pad was shipped it is smashed to only .05" thick and there's a 2" high hill in the middle that won't flatten out. It's completely unusable.Update: The pad did finally expand to full size without any lumps.

I ordered 2, the wrong size. Way too big. They came folded in half. When unfolded they didn't really lay flat in the middle. I guess I will return these and find one the right size.
