Easy, fun kit.
For the price, you cant beat this model. Pieces are good quality. I only had to modify 1 piece to make it fit. Otherwise, this was very fun and easy to assemble. A beginning can defintiely assemble this. If you have any painting skills whatsoever, you'll want to use them. Theres no detail painted on whatsoever, and the stickers that come with it are a joke. I highly recommend at minimum a dark wash and edge highlighting. A metallic sharpie set will make detailing much easier. All in all a good set. Took me maybe 5-6 hours in total including painting.

Bandai kit, so it's awesome
Like all Bandai kits this one is great straight from the box. With a little extra effort and skill it winds up being awesome. It will help to have the right tools though as these kits are a little specialized. Just look up Bandai tool kits.

Really nice if you wanna pass time, can pretty accurate if you take your time.
I like it but there’s a problem with his arms where they are a little bit pushed out and it’s hard to get them in the right position but it’s really nice and the cape is a little complicated to put on and when you have the jet pack on there’s not really anywhere to put it but if you kinda tuck it to the side it works and sometimes the neck comes out so what I do is I take the head off pull the cape to the front put the neck in and pull the first piece of the cape to the neck then the rest back how it was then you put the head on but it’s nice and the guns could use some metallic silver paint and some browns since there casted in pure black and his ammo cartridges and Grenades need the paint since the stickers are hard to put on and really don’t look to good if you don’t do it correct and the grenades you paint silver and leave the bottoms brown and put some red in the middle and the stickers don’t have any clear spot in the instructions to show where to put them on but in the instructions it has a picture of his with little numbers and on the sticker sheet it also has numbers these numbers show where these stickers go and for accessories he comes with his rifle his Small blaster a dark saber his besker sphere and a jet pack.

Could do without the Star Wars licensing "tax"
Big fan of the show and of Bandai model kits, so naturally I had this on pre-order the moment it was announced. I can't say that I regret paying the retail price but after everything is said and done, with the color inaccuracies and sprue recycling from the 2015 Boba Fett, in terms of fair value you're probably looking at the $28-$32 range rather than what it's currently priced/scalped at. On the flip side, it does come with a real fabric cape, and pricing issues aside it is an accurate representation of the character and his armor. It's a solid build with enough details that like most Bandai models, the end product feels like properly scaled down movie replica rather than a toy per se. That being said, the stickers are rather inadequate in this case. The areas that need color correction are both tiny and non-flat (the individual cartridges on the belt for example) which means that even if you somehow manage to apply everything correctly you'll still be losing some surface detail as a result. I would actually suggest getting something like the Sharpie Metallic Markers Assorted Pack and doing the detailing manually, since that won't break the bank in lieu of proper painting equipment and still produce decent results. So according to the manual, these areas will need color-correcting stickers: - Belt and bandoleer are missing silver on the individual cartridges and buckles - Back of the armor hem is missing silver - Right thigh padding will need weathering with a blend of glossy black and wooden brown - Leather strap around the left calf should be wooden brown - Kneepad strap on the right leg should be in dark brown leather - Back of gloves should be off-white with some light blue detailing - Darksaber edge should have a glowing white effect However, according to the box art, you'll also need to paint these areas which are NOT covered by stickers: - The belt is missing silver on its back plating - Thermal detonators on the left side of the belt are missing silver and glossy red accents - Finger section on the gloves should be a matte yellow - Darksaber hilt should be in a dark gunmetal - Blaster pistol should have wooden brown grip panels, white detailing on the barrel, some bronze lining detail on the sides and a golden trigger. - Finally, Amban rifle should have some golden detailing on the scope, some bronze body detailing, a wooden front grip, and bluish silver detailing on the tuning fork for a weathered oxidation effect And if that wasn't enough, a black wash is more or less necessary to bring out the beskar parts of the armor and make it look less toyish. It won't be glossy chrome like the more expensive version of the model, but you'll end up with a brushed metal finish that's convincing enough. For those that are more confident in their painting skills though, so long as you know of an effective chrome paint treatment that can withstand that dreaded final clear coat without dulling, a silver armor DIY upgrade would definitely be the way to go. What I'm saying is, come ready to put in some extra care if you want this to look good. However, if you actually enjoy the tedium and precise aspects of model kit building, you can expect a good/rewarding time and to have quite a bit of fun along the way. I know I did.

Worth it
Ok so at first it was my fault for not looking at what it was and assumed it was an action figure that's not a model kit but i wasn't mad because it turned out great!!! Though it was a bit confusing putting the pieces together, though It was fun assembling it and the articulation is alright, not the best for sitting ofc but still is good.

Spectacular Bandai product
If one takes the time to paint the fine details of this model, you will not be disappointed in the finished product. It is by far the best quality model from Bandai I’ve encountered. The assembly was not any more difficult than others in the Star Wars line of Bandai products. It was also the best priced model that I purchased from Galactic Toys and Games. That seller is amazing and I highly recommend them. They were the only seller thus far that contacted me for a customer satisfaction follow-up. Please support them.

Because my wife was involved in the production of the Mandalorian series, I bought this model as a gift for her. Initially, I thought it would be a simple model, but if you do it seriously, it turns out to be quite labor-intensive. However, I had a lot of fun making it and am quite satisfied with the final result. Highly recommended
