Q: has anyone used this to replace the 2 pin connector on a Fisher Plow?

Change both ends and it will work great.

Q: Could I use this with 120v?

No Because you cannot connect your ground and most 110 UNIDO ground today I would not recommend them for 110 AC

Q: 1/0 AWG wire size should be 0.3249? description States 0.44 which is correct?
