Q: How much of the daily allowance of protein does this vitamin provived?

The Essential For Vegans does not include any protein in it's ingredients and therefore won't help meet your daily protein needs. We would always suggest focusing on a whole food plant-based diet to meet your daily protein needs, however we also offer a vegan protein in case you're looking for some additional help meeting your goals.

Q: Are these whole foods vitamins?

Hello, thanks for the question. We use whole algae for omega-3 and lichen for D3, but for B12 there is no vegan credible wholefood source that is high enough in B12. We're not aware of any other multivitamin which includes entirely wholefood B12, and if they're claiming it, they're likely adding a synthetic B12.

Q: Where is the expiration date? i just received my bottle today and on the bottom it says mfg 11/12/20. how long before it expires?
