Having a son with Autism who stands to wander I was wanting a ID band. This seemed like the perfect choice and very visible to a stranger. I ordered at the end of June and received quickly, however only a month old and the silicone band has already torn almost completely through. For the price, I expected better quality. I have contacted the seller to see of they will assist in replacing the product. Update- the seller said the item did not meet warranty coverage. Very disappointed that it broke in less than a month with lacking customer service of product quality

When cutting the band to fit, don't forget that the bracelet needs to get past your fist before it closes on your wrist! When ordering, select the band color first. Plan your text carefully so that you can eliminate spaces and use the 36 characters/line to your full advantage. Use the "pipe" character (shift + \) | where feasible. Use common airport designator in place of city name like MKE for Milwaukee. I was able to get my 3 drugs and doses on one line e.g."Lisinopril30mgHCTZ 12.5mgCrestor10mg" by a little shuffling and use of capital letters and one space. There will also be a wallet card that will allow for much more information. I was quite pleased that I received this wonderful product much more quickly than anticipated, and was delighted with my interaction with the company. I had accidentally left off three words I meant to include on my bracelet and had contacted the company as soon as I realized my error. I informed them of the correction I wanted to include and requested that they let me know if it was possible, being fully prepared to received a "no" since often things are hard to change once an order has been received and processed. I received an immediate response that the change had been made to my order. Wow, that was fast, and I was happy that they were able to make the change.I chose this particular company's bracelet because they have a very generous allowance for what can be placed on the bracelet, six lines of characters, 36 characters per line. This is great because all of my most important information is on the front, and in an emergency, is someone has to fiddle with trying to get the band off and look at the other side for more information, it could be precious seconds lost.The bracelet is easy to size, the clasp is secure, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off, and is quite comfortable. The printing is clean and clear, very easy to read. I took a picture of my new bracelet and sent it to friends and family who thought it looked great and indicated they would probably be ordering one for themselves.I can't think of a better endorsement of a product than telling all of one's friends and family, can you?

I have been wearing this item for over a year and it has literally saved my life. I had an experience were first responders ignored my old medic alert bracelet and I thought this one might be harder to overlook. It is and it saved me from potentially serious medical complications recently. Also, it is easy to clean (nice when you have to wear something all the time) and super comfortable. It's also impervious to almost everything, so you can wear it in salt water, chlorinated pools . . . it stands up to the gym, outdoor activities . . . you name it. I couldn't be happier. I had reason to contact the company once, and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. If I could give it more stars, I would!

I've had it for one week. It seems perfect. Well made with very good materials. Easy to operate and firm clasp mechanism. Very comfortable and light. From the moment I put it on I really didn't feel it much and soon was pretty unaware of it being on. I haven't taken it off at all. Be careful cutting the band to the right length because if you make it too short you'll need another band. I hope they make replacements for those who experience this.Update: 18 months later still great. Barely notice I'm wearing it, even if I forget to take it off when I go to bed. I had to adjust the band for minor stretching once, months ago. Worth the price as it holds up very well.

I love the way it adjusts, without anything sticking out like a watch band. I've only had it a few weeks and already my wrist 'doesn't know it's there.' I like that I can get just a new plate for it if my medical status changes, and it's already been useful as I had paramedics here two evenings ago and they looked at it and were able to get information I wasn't in a position to say at that time. I highly recommend it for anyone with a condition that needs to been known immediately, or for someone who simply wants the peace of mind by putting just what hospital they should be taken to in the event of emergency because that's where all their medical information is. I also like the medication card that comes with it. It has enough room for multiple medications, but is not bulky and fits in my wallet easily.

I’m very pleased with this bracelet. The rubber is so soft and it’s very good quality . Took a bit longer to get to me in Ontario , about 3 weeks almost but it was worth it wait.The only thing I would suggest is that you can open the strap from both sides as my hubby had to cut it quite a bit to fit and it’s a bit off centered now. Customer service was great .

Love it. Very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust for proper fit. Engraving very easy to read. Will buy from you again. My only concern is the medical alert symbol. I think it should be part of the bracelet not attached to it. It might wear off after a while.

this is the 2nd medical alert bracelet i have ordered. it is worn daily and find it only seems to last abouta year - the lettering wears off - not goodthought we would have gotten more than 2 yrs at this price
