I have been purchased cafe desire vending machine. This is a good machine, with best cost price. Miss Amreen Ma'am understood the process of installing it very well. The machine is very easy to operate and its cardamom powder is the best variant for tea. I hope that other variants (Tea & coffee) will also be good. once again Thanku Miss Amreen Ma'am and Cafe Desire Company.....

I am writing this review after 2 months of use. Machine is very good, easy to use and maintain. Also the premix of cafe desire are good. The best part of cafe desire is their customer support services. I personally thanks to Amreen for all the support she made when I need. Thanks again.

Received the item in good condition. Installation was easy and straight forword as discribed in the operation manual. The instructions are well written for a non technical person to understand however one thing is missed out that is how to check the cup count. Manual needs and update. Called the customer care an I was attended by Ms Bindu A. for the required support. She has good knowledge of the product one of the few good customer support representative I've come across.

This review is put after 5 months of using Cafe Desire Machine and its premix.At first I felt the machine was great though they just sent Videos for installation failing to attend at site which was fine. The initial week or two gave awesome coffee too though bad tea premix - Wasn’t long before problems startedSay our office makes about 10-15 coffee a day, every 2 days we noticed the tray cups get blocked and coffee stops coming. We had to remove each of the 4 units to clean, dry and put it back - This is when coffee in the flow tube itself gets wet due to some machine issues and stops functioning.I called the guys up after failing dealing with this mess when they had no local assistance in Kerala but gave contact of someone dealing with some other brand of machines from Trivandrum. He was rude and started off saying no free service for those who purchased this product from any other source other than himself. I told him I didn’t want anything free when he arranged someone from Kochi to attend4 guys came cleaned up the machine, told me washer somewhere is gone and tied it with a sealant tape, then said the rubber outlet was faulty too causing items to mushy up then said they don’t deal with this brand. They charged 1000 for just this thing and went off a few weeks backNow I am back again with blocked cups and the same coffee premix now tastes like hell bad because they changed the ratio per fill. If I call cafe desire they will send something in video which I never wanted

Good product,easy to install, simply 3year kids can operate the vending machine, nicely handle the product packaging well wrapped,most of I like the conversation of team ,taking with the lady staff Amreen good speeking skill ,keep it up,Never give up. Be a girl proud of you, and kadak chai test really fresh and coffee also (one question is coffee" you can add more milk , because coffee test like just water/ it's very light) I think who consume a coffee it's west of money for light coffee you can improve of your coffee quality because your name tag call cafe deiser.
