I ordered two of these hats, same size but different colors. While they should be identical in every way except the color of the band, they are about 1/2 size different. This alone isn't a big deal -- there is an inner adjustable band (I set both at wide open to make sure it was the hat and not the adjustment that was different), and the hats also come with foam tape you can insert under the band liner. So the sizing is quite adjustable and so long as the hat is a little too large and not too small, you'll be fine.The other issue, however, is with the hat "blocking". While these were packed quite well -- each came in its own box, and with a shaped inner packing liner (nice touch!), the rims of the two hats were nonetheless not quite the same. One had a slight crinkle to it that I'm not sure I could reshape all the way. I think this is simply a problem of the delicacy of hats in general.Overall, the hat I kept fits great, has a perfect shape and brim, feels and looks nice, and is great value for the money. So this is a great hat IF you get a good one.
