A bit of an unusual application for this line, but I wear Sidi cycling shoes and they use a proprietary BOA closure system. The company does not sell just the replacement cord. I bought this line as the most durable yet flexible cord/line I could find in the US. I found it very difficult to cut, which is good, but once I got a length I needed I was able to use it to repair the frayed cords on my Sidi shoes. I only have about 1000 miles on the shoes with the new cord, but there is no sign of fraying, and there is minimal or no stretching of the material. Sure, I only needed a total of about 3 feet of line, but even having to buy the entire spool of line, it was still a much better cost than having to buy a new pair of $400 cycling shoes.

Way smaller than expected, but I guess that’s fine because I still got to spool both of my reels that are both 2500. I haven’t used it yet, but it feels fine. It’s a little rough, but maybe that’s because I’m not used to it.

This line worked out perfect for the drive line for my Axworthy Ghosts Halloween decoration. I had a total of 6 ghosts traveling a distance of over 200' making 12 direction and elevation changes over that distance. The ghosts I used were not small either, they had quite a bit of weight to them so the line had to be pulled super taught. I had to use a pry bar to get the line over the last pulley and it didn't break in the process. Very little sag in the line when a ghost was between pulleys.

So far this line has been very nice but I am a little concerned about how long the color will last. I got the black color and it looks very nice on my reel. I usually go with power pro but I wanted to switch it up.Making knots has been very easy and aesthetically pleasing.

This stuff is awful, respect the negative reviews… I would love to describe how bad this smells …yes smells … but the colorful description would get the review banned , it smells horrible, the dye used rubs off on your hands definitely would not work for fishing I was going to use for another outside project , I keepGoing back to the smell…..my daughter walked by it just sitting on the kitchen table and asked what died in the kitchen, seriously avoid
