I almost returned this frame. It seemed like the plexiglass was damaged, but I had missed peeling the covering off one side. It would be better if it had glass, but as a difficult-to-find size it was adequate for my purposes.

The frame arrived in a fitted box and wrapped in a protective covering inside the box. The plexiglass had a protective film on both sides that was easily removed. There is only one hook to hang the frame, but it is adjustable so that you may hang the frame horizontally or vertically. The hook easily comes off and slides onto the frame wherever you’d like it to be. The locking buckles are good quality and hold the frame firmly together. All around very sturdy. Perfect size for my diamond painting and I didn’t have to cut the edges precisely. I did a rough cut with excess around the image and it still fit in the frame without showing the excess while on display.

This frame came carefully packaged in its own thin box and the frame itself was wrapped inside. All that was needed was to peel pack the protective film covering the plexiglass, put it inside the frame, put the picture in and then but the back of the frame on. It all went together in a matter of minutes and looks great. A very nice and reasonably priced frame. I liked that the protective film was on the plexiglass as there were no smudges to clean off. I would highly recommend.

Great except there was no hook to hang frame vertically.

The frame is fine. But the cover is a thin plastic that looks wavy. I spent a bit more and got a better substantial plastic cover for my diamond art picture.
