Good but a little pricey
I actually bought two arm blaster, one for me and this one for my wife because I read this one came up smaller. Neither were suitable for my 5 foot 2 wife but I ended up keeping this one (I am 6 foot 2) because it was easier to return the other cheaper one. Between the two there was little difference in actual use. I would say this arm blaster is worth while if maybe not quite worth the extra cost.
