These are the best for ABDL use that I know of. Anyone looking for incontinence products for grandma should pass these up. They are extremely effective yes, but not at all discrete. Also, they are insanely expensive. I get these when I have extra money to burn, but my goto compromise are the incontrol xlarge. They are about the same size just thinner.

I really like these , the only thing I would change is 3 inches longer would be nice. I just put them into a pair of Abena's M4 and wow. These turned a good diaper into a great one. I love the extra thickness. I put these to uses the night before last. They ended being around an inch thick and the diapers were mostly dry.

These will leak if you don't have on a large size diaper. They swell alot and will eventually get to a point it gose over the leak guards. They are also super thick right out the bag. So if you wear during the day or have to go out and about wear a size up or two or loose fitting clothes. The bulk will be noticeable in anything that is somewhat form fitting when they and the diaper are dry! It'll be even more so noticeable when both are used. So be mindful of clothing when using these.

Overall, I’m on the fence with these. Their absorbency is insane. They are soft and smooth and are comfortable to use. I’d honestly rather use the standard Rearz boosters over these, since I find the dimensions to be better on those.I have two problems with these.First, I find that they leak SAP at the seams. This has been the case with 100% of the boosters I’ve used. The seams at the very front and back of the boosters must not be as durable as the rest of the booster, which is kind of disappointing for this price point.The second complaint (and this is more personal than something wrong with the booster itself) has to do with the dimensions of the booster. I think they would be much better if they subtracted 0.5-1” from the width and increased the length by a few inches. As is, these boosters are not long enough to go from the front of the diaper to the back. Given the thickness of these boosters, it creates a weird feeling of unevenness.The other thing I’m going to point out is that these boosters are very thick when wet. As such, make sure you’re using them with a diaper that has high leak guards, or else they may increase chances of leaking.
