Hands down the best makeup remover, great for removing waterproof makeup.

A brief introduction about 'Micellar water' before I start with the review: Thanks to micellar water, you can remove makeup and leave your skin clean without going for a rinse. Yes, the perfect product for lazy girls. Some like to use it remove their light makeup on a daily use, some like to use it as a toner after their cleansing routine and some (like me) use it to correct their makeup mistakes. - It comes in a transparent bottle allowing you to see how much product is left. - The cap shuts down tightly after every use. - For low-medium coverage makeup, it takes 1-2 swipes to remove it completely. As for heavy coverage makeup, I noticed that 3 swipes do the job but it is time consuming. However, it was a struggle removing waterproof or even long-wearing mascara even after using it twice. - It leaves a slightly oily layer on my combination skin after makeup removal which makes it compulsory for me to follow up with a cleanser later. - It doesn't leave my combination skin feeling dry. Honestly, it isn't bad but for someone who is hooked to the ease of using cleansing oils (no cotton required), I don't see it much as an investment. Especially when it doesn't do a very good job at removing mascara. My main purpose behind using a micellar water is to mostly fix my eye makeup mistakes or go from an AM to PM look after work hours without washing my face. That's all. I was using the one by Maybelline previously which doesn't leave any oily residue behind. The only reason I went ahead and tried it is because it's so cheap. But it doesn't do the job for me. I will try the pink variant next. - If you have an oily skin type and are looking at this product as a no-rinse makeup remover, I suggest you to skip it. - If you use a cleansing milk to remove your makeup on a daily basis and want a seperate remover for your eyes that also removes waterproof makeup easily, I suggest you to try Maybelline clean express makeup remover. - If you have a dry skin type that isn't prone to acne and want a gentle makeup remover for light makeup on a daily basis, this one by Garnier should fit the bill. - If you want an all-round makeup remover without the fuss of using cotton, I strongly suggest you give cleansing oils a try. I own 2-3 variants from Innisfree and like all. They are all very gentle on skin. For me, this bi phase micellar water is NOT A CLASSIC micellar water. But it is a good makeup remover that's also budget-friendly.

It is a good travel size and removes the makeup well without irritaiton. Oil helps in not drying up the face completely. Just needs to be shaken every time before application

"While this micellar water effectively removes makeup and dirt and refreshes the skin with its lightweight formula, it has the downside of stinging the eyes."
