The box was pretty beat up looking, I really thought this ones going back. I was wrong. I had bought this to use as a work bench,but now in not sure about that,it might go in my kitchen. 2 things that are bother some,they way it's designed to be put together fast,ends up scratching the legs up as you pass em throw the bottom shelf. The other is you can see in the one Pic looks like dimples but there from factory welds that hold the fastners for supports underneath. Besides that looks good. It is 18 gauge stainless or somewhere around there ,most likely is mm. Not thick not thin right in the middle. With the supports underneath the top self it's pretty stiff. I cleaned it all down with acetone,then mothers cmx surface prep and then polish with spray stainless cleaner/polish. I might have to get another one

It's a great chef status table. I do most my food prep on it. It came wrapped and protected.

This is NOT the same table as in the picture. It's top heavy and not very stable. There are dents all over the top from all of the welds. One weld burnt right through the top. As soon as that spot gets wet, it's going to start rusting. I am NOT happy with this table at all.

It is exactly as advertised, except a bit better quality wise and simple to put in usage. I use that term because it doesn’t need assembly with one exception. The bottom shelf is already attached, but you have to lift it to your height preference (fully adjustable) and lock it place with an Allen Wrench. If I wasn’t sure there was an included Allen’s Wrench, it would have gone out with the trash. I looked in the huge box and there it was, loosely and not in a plastic bag or anything, just there. I’ve never received an item requiring an Allen Wrench that one wasn’t included. They could have did a much better job of making it more secure and visible. No harm No foul for me, but it can be an issue for others

I bought this to use as an island in my kitchen. The top is a little flimsy and it pops up and down when you set things on it. My previous prep table I used for the same purpose didn't do that. This would probably work fine to store things on that wouldn't be moved off and on all the time.
