This item is expensive, and I'd like to see the prices go down, but I love the Coconut Almond flavor. It is very full of honey and wouldn't do great in high temperatures for long periods of time. Because of the expense, I buy a box a couple times a year, but I have researched that I can get it in some grocery stores, but this way it is delivered to my house and it isn't cheaper at the store anyway.I watched Shark Tank about this product, and I want to be clear that my understanding that this is not a nutritional bar. I remember some people being confused about this, but the bar also doesn't claim to be something to help you lose weight or for specific dietary restrictions, although I think it is a gluten-free. In my opinion, this product is best to just enjoy for taste with a big, cold glass of milk. :)

I got the variety pack. They were good, but only about 4 small bites and you're done. I thought they were small for the price they were asking. I will not order again. To pricey in this market for such a small treat.
