If the flood light is flat, you might be better with the suction cup changer.. measuring the change shown, seems it won’t grip a bulb bigger that 2-2 1/2” Hope this helps

The suction cup allows it to be secured Once secured, there is small rope or thread connected to suction cup that allows you to break pressure and release

Probably a NO. This device works by adhering to a surface by suction. If the light fixture cover is sufficiently flat that a suction cup could stick, the first part of the answer is maybe. The cover would not only have to be flat enough, it would also have to unscrew. If it pried or pulled off, I would not use the device as it is likely to pull the entire light fixture out of the ceiling.
