The IGFBP-5 ELISA, a quantitative two-step sandwich immunoassay, provides materials for the measurement of IGFBP-5 in human serum and other biological fluids.
The antibody pair in total IGFBP-5 binds to the C-terminal of IGFBP-5 (Capture C and Detection C). The antibody pair does not cross-react with IGF-1, IGFBP-2, IGFBP-3 and IGFBP-4 at 1000 ng/mL concentration.
Analytical measurable range of 5.33 – 78 ng/mL. Simple procedure with no sample preparation. Total 2.5 hr incubation at room temperature.
