This mattress has been great (it’s been 2 years so far). It was easy to set up right out of the box and expanded quickly with very no smell. The pillow top is soft, but still supportive, and the hybrid design gives a nice balance between comfort and firmness. It’s super comfy to sleep on, and honestly I’m shocked at how comfortable it is for the price. It also feels supportive for the back and gives a restful night’s sleep. For the quality and price, this mattress is an excellent value and I’d definitely recommend it.

I am delighted with my Novilla Queen Size Mattress! Purchased it to replace my 20 years old mattress. Feel the difference immediately. On the manual says that it needs three days to fully expand. It actually expanded remarkably fast in just 24 hours, showcasing its high-quality build (maybe also because the stocking time is short, so it takes less time than normal to recover). The materials used are good, no chemical smell at all. The pillow top is incredibly soft, providing a luxurious and comfortable surface to sleep on. The mattress is actually medium firm, boasts a 3-zoned ergonomic design catering to all sleeping positions. The cooling gel memory foam and bamboo charcoal foam layers deliver a refreshing and supportive sleep experience. The manufacture says that it may take 100 days before getting used to a new mattress, but our family fall in love with new mattress in just several nights sleeping on it. With a 10-year limited warranty, Novilla stands behind their product, assuring long-term satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Budget-friendly but struggles with midsection support Use: 4 months, ~194 lbs, broad shoulders, mostly side sleeper. Support: Started out fine, but after a month I noticed sagging in the hip/midsection area. This leaves my upper body slightly propped up in a “V” shape. Flipping the mattress head-to-foot helps for a bit, but the coils don’t feel strong enough to keep the spine aligned long term. Firmness: For people in my weight range (~190 lbs), this mattress feels quite firm. Lower body is supported, but side sleeping puts too much pressure on the shoulders. Lighter sleepers may not feel the sagging as much. If you need more cushion, the 14-inch model may be a better bet. Cooling: Works okay in colder months, but in warmer weather it traps heat. Not unbearable, but definitely on the warmer side. Price: I paid roughly $215 for the 12-inch model, which was a great deal at the time. The materials do feel surprisingly premium for this price range. Notes: Novilla doesn’t clearly state the depth of the individual foam layers (memory foam, transition or support foam), so keep that in mind if layer thickness is important for your comfort. Overall: For the price, it’s a fair hybrid that prevents deep sinkage. But if you’re heavier or broader in the shoulders, the coil strength and comfort may not hold up.

I bought this product for my guest room. I had this mattress two month now. I wanted to wait a couple weeks before reviewing to give an honest review. After I researched a lot of other brand. This product was the one, I’m looking for. It was softer than I thought but it will be okay. It pretty heavy to lift up. Be careful after you unpack. For the money this is a perfect product, not expensive and reasonable. I bought the 10in queen. I slept on mine the first night and it just a little bit uncomfortable, quite plushy actually, but after couple days it was a totally different mattress. Can get in and out of bed and never wake me. Was perfect match with my bed frame I bought. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a king or queen on a budget.

Bought this mattress a year ago. Hubby said, Let’s give it time. Time gave us shoulder pain, backaches, and a nightly game of Guess Which Spring Is Stabbing You. Medium-firm? More like medium-flimsy. I could feel every spring like they were trying to escape. No support, sagging in the middle, and every time my husband rolled over, I felt like I was on a boat in choppy waters. Sleep? What’s that? I haven’t met her in months. So we did what any sleep-deprived, cranky couple would do, we tossed this mattress into oblivion and ordered a new one because mama’s done. I need my zzz’s, and I need them now.

It was super comfy for the first 3-ish months, then became VERY lumpy, squished and uncomfortable. If you're looking for something to just hold you over for a few months, its great. But if you're looking for a long term mattress, this isnt it.
