Q: Do these burp cloths protect clothes from spit up or does it soak through?

Mine have never soaked through. I love them. Now that I don't need them for burping, when I feed her, I rinse one of these with hot water, wring it out well, and then use it to clean hands and mouth--so soft and nice for cleaning baby's face.

To be completely honest I bought them for the size and the cute design for when I keep my twin grandbabies. They are good size and soft and have washed up well. I’m sorry I couldn’t answer your question!
