We have a 26 month old that is a horrific sleeper and he’s been like that since he was a baby. We now have a three month old and the sleep deprivation that I was dealing with because they were both waking up multiple times a night was literally a living nightmare. I tried this for my son out of desperation in hopes he wouldn’t wake up multiple times a night and it worked! He slept through the night and I couldn’t be happier! We put five drops in his bottle before bed and it doesn’t seem to change the taste greatly because he drinks it without protest. I personally have not tasted it but it does have a very … well let’s just say herbal odor and my son refuses to take it straight. In terms of the overall value for money, this little jar lasts long because a dose ranges between 5-20 drops depending on the child’s weight. It’s a melatonin-free herbal sleep miracle and honestly I am going to be keeping this in our medicine cabinet for years to come!

My ten-year-old son has never been a great sleeper, but started having almost constant night wakings over the last year, sometimes waking at 2 am and not getting back to sleep until dawn, if at all. His behavior was off a cliff, with frequent meltdowns, an inability to focus, you name it. We tried everything: darkening curtains, humidifier, different temperatures, different pajamas, soothing night routine, soothing sleep sounds, exercise during the day, screen fasting, zero caffeine, melatonin, Valerian, theanine, etc. The only things that partially worked were Benadryl and/or sleeping with me in my bed instead of my husband. Neither of those are healthy, sustainable solutions. After reading about how California Poppy can be relaxing and help with sleep, I landed on these drops as one more thing to try. The first night, we tried the recommended two doses for his weight (10 drops each) and removed the Valerian we were trying. We only had moderate success that night. The next two nights, we used this in combination with the Valerian and he slept from 8 pm to 6 am: the perfect amount for his age. He is optimistic and refreshed. These are a miracle! The only downside is that he hates the taste, so we have to give him some apple juice directly afterwards to get rid of the taste. He is so desperate to sleep, though, that he did this willingly. We did almost have to throw away a dose before we bought apple juice, so I tried it (I've been having trouble with sleep myself). The dose for a ten-year-old (10 drops) along with my usual Valerian worked for me! Miracle! Highly recommend this. UPDATE: Unfortunately, I wrote this review too quickly. This product stopped working for my son after a couple of weeks. He seems to get used to whatever we try and revert to frequent night wakings.

It tastes bad. It’s been already a week and I haven’t see any chance, for my 26 months baby it didn’t work I keep struggling to put her sleep and she keeps waking up at midnight.

My daughter was diagnosed with Lyme a few months ago and her sleep has been totally wrecked for quite some time. A functional nutritionist recommended this product and it has been super helpful. It used to take our daughter hours to fall asleep at night and now it takes 30 minutes tops. She wakes up in the morning cheerful and well rested.

Exelente mi bb de 18 meses al fin duerme toda la noche muy tranquilo , y se despierta con bien humor y su energía normal del día , duerme su siesta del día sin problemas , le doy unas 5 gotitas alas 9:30 pm ya alas 10 está dormido hasta el día siguiente hasta las 8 descansa super bien y durante el día no tiene efectos despierta sueño es exelente lo seguiría comprando mientas sea necesario ahora puedo descansar yo también toda la noche tranquila mente ya que trabajo y estudio y el no dormir me estaba afectando bastante durante el día .

For starters, I am a mom of four and research healthy options to help our family live a healthy life. I do not like preservatives, and prefer to eat organic and natural foods whenever possible. We are not perfect, however I do not believe that a few Cheez-Its or cookies are going to kill my kids. With that said, I read many reviews and research the ingredients and also read the founders story and as a doctor I was impressed. Impressed enough to try this as we have and sometimes still do get out of our sleep routines with four kids at different ages. I gave it to three children, ages eight and two 4-year-olds. Yes we have twins! One sleeps all night and does not wake up groggy, doesn’t complain about feeling off or different, but did not like the taste. Another child did not like the taste, and the two different times I tried it, this child was up with a stomach ache within 30 minutes of taking it. Lastly, the third child seems to wake up no matter what I try and woke up as normal and hated the taste. Before giving it to my kids, I had taken it a couple of times and found myself extremely relaxed and had no problems falling asleep. I’m not sure what to think, but it’s not something I reach for in my cabinet.
