Well worth the money!
Finally the book I've been looking for! Love this, she knows her stuff and as a personal trainer, bodybuilder and pole instructor myself I cannot rate this more highly, thought it was a bit expensive but it's value for money and can't wait to put it into practice, well written, lots of pictures and very comprehensive :)

Really good and specific for pole
After going to a pole class for a year, I'm at the point where my general fitness, flexibility and specific areas such as grip need work for me to improve on the pole.This book is very clear and simple to read, without being patronising. I've tried gym programs, personal trainers in the past but they have never been able to understand the specifics of what I need to work on to improve my pole gains. This book explains what is needed and how to do it from a pole perspective.I would definitely recommend this for any poler that would like to improve on and off the pole

I can’t rate this book high enough it’s excellent!I am a complete beginner to pole and this book provides all the foundational instruction.

Game changing for pole training
A must for pole dancer who to train safely and efficiently!Lot of serious materials building on solid scientific basisI follow Neola Wilby since the beginning of the PolePTI was lost before meeting her. I spent lot of time at the gym but didn’t see lot of results…So, I had lot of questions:What conditioning is the more efficient? Body weight? Weight lifting?What is the best cardio for pole dancing?When is the best time for flexibility after cardio ? Or not at all?What kind of flexibility active or passive?What kind of muscle are essentials ? The best pole and fitness book I've seen
This book has everything! It's pole specific, but also has descriptions and explanations about your body in general. It's easy to read and follow I love that I got to know my body a lot better even in the first few pages!! I could see improvements in my technique and flexibility even down to my wrists, which I used to get pains in but followed the excercises and understood even my wrists better and now stop getting that annoying pain! It's one of those books I initially thought I'd jump to different sections, but ended up reading the whole thing! You get what you paid for and more. It's well worth the purchase.

Great guide for strengthening and preventing injury in pole
I have been looking to buy this for awhile and since I reinjured an old ankle injury I finally did. So far this book did not disappoint! I wanted to do flexibility conditioning while my ankle recovers and this book was a great resource for me. The introduction had me and it is something any new or seasoned poler should consider. Wish I had this 7 years ago when I first started pole but grateful to have it now.

Wow
When I first received this HUGE book and flipped through it I was like…maybe this is just a bit to extra. I really don’t see how I will have time or motivation to read this. As all new polers (a tad bit older then others) know, we need to dedicate our little free time to stretching and learning new moves via youtube! As I began to read the intro I knew this author was great. I kept reading and couldnt put it down. She has me giggiling all the time and it feels SO encouraging to have someone say things that I have been thinking but didnt know how to say. She gets you. It is such a great book and I am so glad I found this before I had more time to really hurt myself.

Most helpful training guide I have ever used.
Buy it.This book helped me understand elements of fitness I never fully grasped as a NASM certified personal trainer and lifelong fitness nerd. Beyond the fact that this book has most definitely made me better at pole, it has reshaped the way I train in general. I now understand why my deadlift at the gym has never, ever been perfect. My pull-ups are stronger. Hell, my overall posture is better after reading this book.Digestible enough for the curious newbie, and enriching enough for any serious athlete. Can’t recommend enough.
