Sturdy, it can take my full 80kg weight without toppling, when needed
As someone with a Spinal Cord Injury I have been struggling with my NHS provided rollator which simply wasn't designed to take my full weight and would flip up causing me to fall frequently. When I have a sciatic spasm in my leg I need my rollator to do more than help me balance because transferring my weight onto my arms is my instinctive response to alleviate the pain.I researched extensively not just reading product descriptions, but also the reviews, trying to identify a rollator that would be stable when my full weight was applied to it. I was a bit skeptical that a rollator this cheap would be suitable when all of the others on my approved list were more than triple the price, but I took a chance. I'm so glad I did!On arrival it was already almost fully assembled in the folding position and I simply needed to:1. Raise the handles to the upright position and secure them using the little swing arms (I found the photos and large print English instructions in the book to be clear and concise. This is shown in the first photo.2. Adjust the handle height (I matched it to my existing walker which had been setup by my physio for my height, but in cm the handles can be adjusted in increments between 80.5cm and 93.5cm from the floor.3. Add the backrest (two positions this can be mounted) I chose to use the backrest in the higher position, and popped it onto the mount which has 2 screws to secure it there. This is shown in the second photo.4. Add the bag. Having read so many reviews I was aware of where the bag goes and added it easily using the hoops that have the plastic triangle to link the shoulder strap to the bag. I squeezed them over the pipe at the end of the seat, I like the tiny clip to secure it there. This is shown in the third photo. Now it was fully assembled it was time to test it. I had a friend with a healthy spinal cord do that. She is more than 10kg heavier than me and tried valiantly to tip it over in all directions but was unable to do so and was very impressed. Next I had a go and for the first time in weeks I was able to walk up and down my hallway without falling over or tipping my rollator/having someone close-by grab it to prevent it tipping. The brakes are very responsive bringing the rollator to a stop immediately, and do not require huge amounts of pressure to apply. The rollator is very secure and it doesn't budge when "parked" I love that the brake cable is fitted within the frame as it can't get caught on anything as I'm walking (another hazard with cheaper, less well thought out rollators. It is made from high quality materials and seems very robust. The bag has a shoulder strap so as well as being very easy to remove it is also very useful and I can use it as a satchel when shopping, or take my valuables with me if I leave the rollator unattended for any reason.I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this rollator as for me it is quite literally life changing. It has given me the ability to walk again, my only restriction now is how far I can walk before I need to use the very comfortable seat for a rest. It folds up small enough to fit behind the passenger seat in most family members cars instead of taking up all the boot space and can easily be lifted by my 64 year old mother.

Disappointed - 4th rollator
I’m a young adult who has a muscle weakening disorder (It’s progressive). I personally can only do transfers but the use of this walker has enabled me to go from my wheelchair to other rooms where my wheelchair can’t fit. The handles are very easy to grip (I have dexterity issues) even when wet for example in the shower. The seat although made of mesh goes flat & taut when pushed down into the locked position, this makes it easier to stand from. The seat is well positioned & doesn’t obstruct legs when moving. The seat is a good height which makes it easy to stand from, I am 5 feet exactly and find the seat height is perfect for my needs. The walker is easy to wash and maintain. The back support can be taken off to wash, it slides on/ off easily but stays put even when sitting down vigorously or bumping about. The walker folds amazingly which is great for cars or planes - but cannot do it myself due to weakness. The width of the walker is good although maybe slightly too wide for older houses with small doorways. I can’t fault the walker at all, this is my third time purchasing this product. The wheels have a good grip on all flooring types and are a good size which makes it easy to maneuver. I use my walker at the swimming pool twice weekly & use it in the shower. Water definitely accelerates the wear & tear of the walker. The breaks are good and keep the walker still during transfers/ rests. The first show of wear & tear from experience is always the breaks that ‘snap’ due to use. It would be great if there was the option of re-installing the breaks because I extremely dislike wasting items. Or perhaps some sort of recycling system? It’s an all-around great product.EDIT:I have ordered this product three times and had a great experience but on my 4th order, I received a rollator that did not match the photo shown and was not the same walker as the previous three. I asked to return it but the return fee meant I would have been out of pocket and I was offered no compensation for the misinformation on the seller's behalf. Products like these are sold to people with disabilities and who need specific products for their needs and so can leave people stuck with no way to get about. I myself was stuck - unable to get about my own home - and out of pocket. I have since re-ordered the same rollator from the main NRS healthcare website and the rollator is the same as the previous three albeit with some minor updates that do not affect the function of the rollator. This is despite the amazon seller telling me that the rollator I received was the correct order despite it neither looking correct nor matching the description.I will not be ordering this rollator via amazon again.

Product not as advertised.
The folding mechanism is not as shown in the video because it does not show the first step in the process which is to press the release buttons which are accessed from the underside of the product. This requires the product to be in a vertical position or to kneel down on the ground both a little difficult for me. Further the bag cannot be fitted as described in the instructions and in the video. The looped straps are too wide. Finally I am a bit disgruntled because when ordering the system would not allow me to have standard delivery but only next day delivery with a charge of £4.99. I would not be bothered by this except that when I went back on the website the cost of this product had been reduced from £142.39 to only £113.91 only 3 days after my order was accepted. The total additional cost with next day delivery which I did not need. is £34.47. I would appreciate if Amazon could look into this with a view to some form of compensation. Thanks.

sturdy
Generally pleased with this walker. It's relatively easy to fold to fit into car boot, it's sturdy and unlikely to tip over. The seat doesn't feel very secure, but otherwise this is the best walker my elderly father has used. This particular model isn't really lightweight though

Not quite as wonderful as I'd hoped.
Not easy to follow instructions, involves more user-mobility to bend and lift than expected.Comfortable in use.
