I tried this on recommendations from a number of top chefs online.It's crafted using the yolks rather than whole eggs. It has a cleaner, creamier taste and texture. Unless I'm really wanting a chili-lime mayo or chipotle mayo, or garlic-herb mayo, I definitely fly with Kewpie!Get your favorite bread, get creative with the Kewpie, add your favorite meat, a dash more kewpie, a nice flavorful cheese slice or three... maybe some chopped onions, pickled red onions, lettuce, pickles, whatever floats your boat...Enjoy!

Very strong egg taste but the consistency is perfect.

This is authentic Japanese mayo just like I used in Tokyo back in 1968. It tastes very different from regular mayonnaise. Shred some Napa cabbage and mix in some Kewpie and Bulldog sauce and you'll have a simple Japanese coleslaw. Yum.

Different but taste goid..

This order of Kewpie came spoiled, and the mayo was totally separated. It smelled horrible, and although it wasn’t “expired” based on the date listed, it definitely was not edible and had gone rotten, likely from improper storage.

i was hoping it would be like egg yolk sauceit is decent mayo. nice texture and mild vinegar. it is not hellman's nor duke's or kraft. i will stick with hellman'snot worth the price difference.
