The Q3 was working fine and loved this device but now all the keys are not working. The joystick only works to on direction in only one of the mode. Record and shoot is not working. Need support as its a new device almost a month only

The product is perfect

I so dislike that this gimbal every now and then tilts down or spins. It doesn't always stay where I have it facing. I prefer my Smooth Q 3-Axis gimbal. That is a reliable gimbal. Except my cell phone is a bit to heavy for it.

I bought this in late 2021 and did not use until March 2022. It worked fine the first couple of times I used it and I was happy with it's overall function. Then for some reason the next couple of times I tried using it -it wouldn't work all. I google it and apparently you need to download the app to use it and now pay a subscription fee! Plus they want all your privacy details when you download the app... This is not on - as all I wanted was to use a stabilisesr without the use of an app.

Simply struggles to stabilize iPhone pro max in certain positions.
