Very effective ! If used in a right way

It has a smell of an old cream, also came unsealed so I'm not sure if it was used before.

Great product I have been using for several months and I can see the results and the improvement in skin , ,it is lighter , color is even , and brighter . You can see it works from the beginning with the bright complexion. I cant stop using it , plus it is wayyy shipper that others in the market... thank u Neutrogena

I love this face moisturizer but if you have oily/combination skin please note that by the time you get to work or within the hour your forehead will be nice and shinny. I have found that if I apply this when my face is still damp it is absorbed much better and I am not left with a 'high shine' to my face - a tad embarrassing. With this I have seen a difference in my skin, not huge but definitely a difference - love it now that I know the best way to apply it (for me).
