ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT!!! DETECTS FAKE SAMPLES!!
I run a group for people trying to stay off drugs, either with or without the help of Methadone. Some of my court-ordered clients are a bit sneaky and we have had instances where people submitted urine samples with bleach and other substances in them; and we have had instances where clients submitted either apple juice or Mountain Dew. While it’s impossible for the clients on Methadone to get away with submitting a substance other than urine (since we check for EDDP, the metabolite of Methadone), I wanted to see if these cups could detect if someone not on Methadone was submitting either apple juice or Mountain Dew as their weekly urine sample. I’m pleased to state that these cups worked flawlessly.I conducted my own test using apple juice instead of urine. The process was simple. As with urine, I just placed a few ounces of apple juice in the cup, waited five minutes, pulled off the label and read the results. While the drug test results can be easily read on the cup, one of the nicest things about this product is that you also get a color-coded card which you use to compare against your adulteration colors on the cup. For example, as you can see by the photos, the pH and Specific Gravity (S.G.) colors on the cup itself appear to be within the “normal” range when compared to the colors on the card. I expected this: It just means that the apple juice I used has pH and Specific Gravity readings that are close to urine (which is probably why I’ve heard that addicts have been able to use apple juice to pass a drug test!). However, when you compare the color of the Creatinine (CRE) test on the cup to the color-coded card, you can see that the results are CLEARLY ABNORMAL. This is especially important because while even pure spring water has pH and Specific Gravity levels, Creatinine is the breakdown product of Creatine phosphate in muscle, and is therefore detected ONLY in urine. If the Creatinine level is abnormal, there is a very good chance that the sample is fake.I also want to tell you how important it is to keep in mind that herbal and over-the-counter substances can influence ANY test or you quite possibly run the risk—like I did—of making a fool out of yourself. Like “Amazon User” who said these tests were inaccurate because he or she had a client test positive for Methadone and Barbiturates, I too had a client test positive for these substances. But my client, who suffers from seizures, is prescribed Luminal (phenobarbitol), which is, in fact, a Barbiturate, so that part of the test worked perfectly. When I confronted my client with the fact that he tested positive for Methadone, he denied using it. Since he had failed other tests for opiates on multiple occasions, I was prepared to discharge him from my program. But he was adamant that he had not taken any Methadone, and asked me to submit his sample to our laboratory, which I did. Sure enough, three days later, I got the results: He was negative for Methadone. When I told him he was negative for Methadone, I asked him if he had been taking any over-the-counter substances that might have interfered with the initial screening and caused him to test positive for Methadone. At that point, he told me that, aside from taking Norvasc for high blood pressure and Luminal for his seizures, he was also taking an herbal substance called Kratom for pain. So I asked the laboratory to redo the analysis and test for Kratom this time. Sure enough, he tested positive for Mitragynine and 7-HMG, the active compounds in Kratom. The Medical Review Officer also informed me that there is evidence that “Kratom could cause false positive results under the MTD [Methadone] test.” He further explained that, “Kratom’s key psychoactive compounds (mitragynine and 7-HMG) are selective full agonists of the μ-opioid receptor. Methadone also acts by binding to the μ-opioid receptor; therefore, it is possible Kratom in a urine specimen might bind with the methadone monoclonal antibody in the MTD test to cause false positive results, and that could be the reason [name redacted] initially failed the Methadone screening.”I believe this company’s products are the best you can find: I have always found them to be precise, accurate, thorough and well worth the cost. However, like any test, these tests are only as good as the person doing the test—although if you don’t have any hidden agenda like using apple juice instead of urine, the test is practically fool-proof: Pee in the cup, wait 5 minutes, tear off the label and read the results: One line is positive for a substance, two lines (no matter how faint) is negative!

Warm and toasty…well worth it. I think it generates as much heat as small wood burning firewall

100% ACCURATE RESULTS
ACCURATE AND ALMOST IMMEDIATE RESULTS. THE ADULTERATION STRIP WAS INCREDIBLY USEFUL IN THAT IT DISPLAYS IF THE SPECIMEN HAS BEEN ALTERED IN A # OF WAYS (I.E., WATERED DOWN, INACCURATE PH BALANCE OR TEMPERATURE READING, ETC.). YOU HONESTLY CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE FOR THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY!

Great Buy and Easy to Use
Planning to buy more of these! Son is joining the military and so will his younger brother when the time comes. I know all children try one drug or another but it's reassuring to know that I can send them to boot camp knowing they won't be kicked out for drugs.

THC strip not working properly
We used this test kit to test our employees and I believe we received a bad batch. The THC strip turned out to be positive for all of my employees who were confirmed by another test kit (not from this manufacturer) to be negative. It caused an unnecessary expense and anxiety for my employees. Will not be purchasing again.

Just in case they try something funny.
This is the cup I use if the test taker may attempt to alter the urine sample to fudge the results. There is a color coded card included which indicates abnormal levels of known ways to tamper with the urine test.

Professional quality
No compaints. Great price for a product that is commonly over priced. Works as well as what the pros use.
