Meet Shamus, the mischievous lucky leprechaun. Leprechauns spend their day making shoes and store their coins in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Have you ever quietly searched in the forest for a leprechaun? If ever captured by a human they have a magical power which they can grant 3 wishes in exchange for their release. Shamus is made from various printed Celtic design fabrics. He is firmly weighted and sits by himself. His eyes are beads that have been sewn on along with most facial features. His cheeks and ears are rosy from his impish misgivings. In his pocket are 3 gold coins that have been newly earned which he will place in his pot of gold which sits at the end of his rainbow. Every home should have a Lucky Leprechaun to bring luck an good fortune to you! He is nicely sized to sit on a shelf or sill to watch over you. Shamus' dimensions are approximate. From the top of his hat to his bottom he is 12" tall. His leg spread width is about 11.5" Fabrics and accents may vary from photograph. My version of a Rita Stuart pattern.
