Seems like a fine product. Highly resembles the item shown in the description. I bought the 10lb bag which I felt offered the greatest value. Immediately ground nearly half into flour and used some combined with whole oat flour to make kids’ pancakes. Turned out great in the recipe I used. At this point, I would recommend this product and buy it again. I’m showing it as prepared, flour, and while as received in my pics.

I use sorghum as a replacement for popcorn due to an allergy ,I have purchased from another company and it pops great .This product will not pop I have tried 3 times with and without oil all it does is sit in the pan and burn,it clearly states on the package can be popped with instructions .I must have gotten a bad batch very frustrating especially with no return or replacement policy BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered this to use in a food class so people could taste many grains. This is particularly good for breakfast and easy to prepare. i encourage you to try it!

Supposed to be good for your health

I don't write many reviews. Super satisfied with this sorghum. I like to InstaPot it for 8 minutes under pressure. Then I can add to soups or serve as breakfast with non-sugar sweeteners and just a few drops of maple syrup. A good way to get non-lectin food in the body and not spike insulin. Good brand. Just reordered. Superior product.

I wanted popping sorghum, and these did NOT say they were hulled... which makes sense in hindsight... but it could say that SOMEWHERE on the package... hey I'm new at this, and it makes a difference b/c you can't do Popping sorghum without the hull, the pressure won't build up... like a couple of these popped, it was cute, the rest burned, but tasted yummy on the way... maybe I'll try making porridge with them sometime...

I've tried everything I can think of to get this Sorghum to pop, and nothing seems to work. The best result managed to pop less than 1/4 and those that did pop produced very tiny kernels. I'm coming to the conclusion that this breed or variety is not meant for popping. Otherwise it cooks nicely on the stove and tastes good. But I wish it would pop as that's my favorite way to consume Sorghum.
